This service also provides pre-payment service to other services operated by Kaimla Technology via KaimlaTokens.

Before using the service, make sure that you are allowed to interact with other people on the internet. In some countries you gain that right only above the age of 13 or the age of 18. Check your local laws.

3. User Content & Prohibitions

By providing us with copyrightable material, you grant us a license to use that material and guarantee that you have the rights to grant us that license.

We reserve the right to terminate your account if you are using to for illegal purposes, spreading hate speech, just being mean or any other reason.

5. Service Availability

We will try to make the service be available at all times, but we do not guarantee it.

6. Payments and Refunds

You may credit your account's KaimlaTokens via our payment providers that have been integrated with our service. You may purchase, or gain complimentary coupons to exchange for KaimlaTokens.

You may exchange these KaimlaTokens for other services provided by Kaimla Technology.

KaimlaTokens are not electronic money, you cannot withdraw them.

You may request a refund 14 days after purchasing KaimlaTokens, if and only if you have not exchanged these KaimlaTokens for our other services.

When exchanging KaimlaTokens for our other services, we use the first-in-first-out principle.

7. Liability

We provide the service as-is and as-available, without any warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will operate, with or without interruptions, that the service is entirely secure and we do not guarantee that the service doesn't contain errors

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, use, revenue, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with:

1. your access to or use of the service;
2. unauthorized access to or use of our servers or any personal or image data stored therein;
3. any interruption, suspension, or cessation of the service;
4. or any errors, bugs, or inaccuracies in the service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

8. Changes to Terms

We will inform you of changes in these terms via your e-mail address, if you have agreed to receive spam when registering your KaimlaNET account.
